A1 Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices - This instant seasoning combines the best herbs and spices to give you the Original Emperor Herbs Chicken recipe.
Preparation:
- Prepare 1 chicken (approx. 1 kg), 1 packet of A1 Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices, aluminium foil & HDPE wrapper (provided).
- Clean chicken and remove head & feet.
- Apply Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices onto the skin and inside the body.
- Wrap chicken with HDPE wrapper followed by aluminium foil.
- Steam for about 2 hours under slow fire and ready to serve.
